For years, I couldn’t quite figure out why I was always so tired. No matter how much I slept, exercised, or ate “clean,” I felt sluggish, foggy, and off-balance. My doctors couldn’t find anything wrong. Blood tests, hormone panels, and even food sensitivity tests all came back “normal.” But deep down, I knew something wasn’t right.
