Getting Ready for the Reactor
The Reactor DRC Locker isn't a quick grab. First, complete Fallen Ember to get the key, then head for the Haneul Nuclear Reactor and its red radiation zone. The Mall Battery Hunt

Once you've gathered the cores, head to the computer lab. There's a power breaker in a back corner that takes eight of them. The Air Base DRC Locker sits behind a tougher fight. Follow the Iron Citadel operation into Chung-san Air Base, breach the main bunker security doors, and prepare to face the Colossus. This armored boss can slow a squad down, so bring enough plates and ammunition for a drawn-out encounter. Once it's defeated, push into the secure armory and check the weapons storage area. The locker can appear in several spots there, so you may need a quick search. Don't linger after the fight: the noise can draw reinforcements while you're sorting through the rewards.

Before chasing any of these lockers, clear space in your backpack for the manuals and decide how you'll leave the area.
